CS Hansa Gaggar has a Master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. She is member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2015. She has attained Bachelor’s degree in LLB with 5th rank from G.J. Advani Law College, Mumbai University in the year 2018. She has also appeared for preliminary Examination of Civil Services (IAS Pre) and cleared in first attempt. At present, she is practicing as Company Secretary since December 2018.
Hansa mainly focuses on Listed Company Compliances & NCLT matters in addition to other Corporate Governance and Secretarial Compliances.
